 In-Store Purchase Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 60 days of purchase with receipt. Sorry, no cash or credit card refunds. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days with receipt. Returns without a receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All holiday items and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Jewelry that has been damaged during normal wear within 90 calendar days may be exchanged or repaired if accompanied by receipt. We will not repair, replace, or substitute any goods that have been subject to an accident, abnormal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Information on our Sites may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Insider Cards

For every $10 spent in store, you will receive one stamp. After ten stamps (or $100 spent), you may redeem your physical Insider Card for $10 off your next purchase of $10 or more. We cannot apply your $10 discount to any purchase under $10. We can apply up to two full Insider Card towards one purchase.

Gift Cards

At this time we do not offer gift cards for online purchases, or in-store gift cards to be purchased online. We're sorry for any inconvenience. If you would like to purchase an in-store gift card for future use, please reach us using the Contact page.
